The University of Wyoming – a remarkable institution
Beaubois provided exceptional furnishings and architectural woodwork for the renovation of the University of Wyoming’s College of Business. Students and faculty can appreciate the premium woodwork elements that create a warm ambience in the building.
The Beaubois team produced and installed wall panels, student desks, door frames, column cladding, window apron walls, hand rails, counters and a number of other products for this project. The renovations, valued at $54M (USD), included 62,000 sq. ft. of renovated areas and 103,000 sq. ft. of extension.
Approximately 3,000 students attend the college each year, and will now benefit from classrooms equipped with technology, multimedia laboratories, conference rooms, faculty, alumni and student association offices, group study rooms, research areas, an auditorium, a stock transactions room and academic success support offices. Founded in 1899, the College of Business is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Only 506 schools in the world hold this certification. Beaubois was proud to be a part of this inspired project.
