The CMHC Workplace Transformation initiative was launched to address the changing needs of the business and workforce, providing an environment that stimulates innovation, collaboration, and engagement, while driving results. The project will contribute to the company’s near net-zero carbon strategy and include smart building technology, as well as LEED-certified design.
With a $64-million-dollar price tag, the workplace transformation project includes the demolition, seismic/structural upgrades, and interior fit-up work of an 8-story office building.
