1521 Second Avenue – a prestigious address
Built with rich materials and a distinctive, slender design, the new 1521 condominium building is one of the tallest and most awe-inspiring structures in Seattle. The 38-storey skyscraper features 143 condominiums that range in size from 1,600 to 2,860 sq. ft. and open onto solariums that feature large patios and can be converted into spacious terraces.
Beaubois crafted custom furnishings for the condominiums in maple, white oak and lyptus. The recipient of 14 national and regional awards from the National Association for Home Builders (NAHB), the 1521 condominium project was a prestigious endeavor that Beaubois was thrilled to be a part of.
